Put your record back after an AI run
What changed. Before any AI run, AlignCube takes a copy of your record. The account owner can open Record history on the Stack tab, see exactly what a restore would change, and put the record back. The preview names every approval, piece of evidence and captured amount that would go back with it, and the record as it is now is copied first, so a restore can be undone.
Why it helps. If an AI run gets a tool wrong, that run is never the only version of your record.
What changed. Import now reads a spreadsheet's own column names, such as Monthly Cost, Renewal Date and Notice Period (days), onto the right fields. A column that only holds a yearly cost is divided by twelve. You can also add a single tool by hand with Add tool on the Stack tab.
Why it helps. You can bring the tracker you already have without renaming a column first.
What changed. Every tool you add is kept as a record with its cost, renewal date, notice period and your notes. AlignCube works out the last day to cancel each one, lists the deadlines coming up, and records your keep or cut call on each tool. You can export the record as CSV or JSON, or as a calendar file that puts each cancel-by date in your own calendar. The free plan scores tools with built-in rules. It makes no AI calls.
Why it helps. You see what is due before a renewal passes, and the record is yours to take with you.
