Your client’s software and AI line grows between your visits, and the renewal questions land on you. AlignCube gives that work a repeatable shape: a scored cut list in minutes, and a spend decision record your client keeps after your engagement ends.
The client workflow
1
Client shares a tool list or invoice
No integrations, no vendor logins, no system access to request. A pasted list, a CSV, or an invoice is enough. The audit runs in a minute or two.
2
You walk the cut list with the client
Every tool scored keep, cut, review, or consolidate with the reasoning shown. You bring the judgment; the score gives the conversation a starting structure and names what evidence is missing.
3
Decisions get owners and approvals
Each decision can be routed to a named owner and approver you record, and each approval stores which signed-in account recorded it and when. Your recommendation becomes a defensible record, not a slide.
4
The record outlives the engagement
Captured outcomes are counted only after confirmed outcomes, and the decision history stays with the client. The next renewal starts from what was decided and why. See a complete sample record →
Client-data boundaries
How access works
Each client company runs its own workspace, on its own account
The client invites you as a team member, and can revoke that access at any time
Your edits and approvals are attributed to you by name in the record
What never happens
Client data is never pooled across companies or shared between workspaces
Audit data is never sold; AlignCube does not use it for model training
No commissions from any vendor being scored. The client pays, so the score answers to their budget
An honest note on shape: AlignCube is one workspace per company. There is no multi-client portfolio dashboard. If you run reviews for several clients, each review lives in that client’s own workspace, under their control. That boundary is deliberate: it keeps every client’s data theirs.
AlignCube doesn’t replace the advisory work. It makes your recommendation reviewable, attributable, and defensible, and leaves the client with a record instead of a memory. You bring the judgment. It keeps the receipts.
Start with one client-owned decision.
With the client’s consent, send them the application. It asks for their own work email, who signs off on renewals, and the tool list or invoice they want reviewed. A person returns the free first record: the scored cut list and reasoning, within one business day; no account is created until the client sees it. Monitor adds the owner, evidence, approval, and captured-outcome workflow if the client chooses the paid operating workflow.
